🎃 Bennett’s Curse & Creepywoods Offer “Furlough Fear Deal” to Support Federal Workers

Baltimore, MD – October 11, 2025 — Two of Maryland’s most legendary haunted attractions, Bennett’s Curse Haunted House and Creepywoods Haunted Forest, are joining forces this Halloween season to bring a little fright — and a lot of heart — to local federal employees affected by the ongoing government furlough until the furlough ends. So Hurry and visit to get this deal!

👻 The “Furlough Fear Deal” — Scare Away the Stress

Beginning this weekend and running throughout the entire 2025 haunt season (or until the furlough ends), both attractions are offering a special “Furlough Fear Deal”:

🎟️ $10 off admission or a free VIP upgrade for any federal employee who shows a valid federal ID at the ticket booth.

This offer is valid at both locations — Bennett’s Curse in Baltimore and Creepywoods Haunted Forest in White Marsh — giving furloughed workers and their families a chance to scream away the stress in a safe, fun, and unforgettable environment.

“We know the furlough is stressful for many families, and sometimes the best relief is a good scream,” said Jill Bennett, co-owner and creative director of Bennett’s Curse and Creepywoods. “Halloween is about escape — and for our federal workers, we want to offer a little escape from reality while showing appreciation for everything they do for our community.”

💀 Two Epic Haunts. One Mission: Fun with Heart.

At Bennett’s Curse Haunted House, guests will face the dark corridors of four immersive attractions — House of the Demons, The Crypts, Halloween 3D, and Ravenbrook Asylum. Each features movie-quality sets, intense scares, and state-of-the-art effects.

Meanwhile, Creepywoods Haunted Forest invites thrill seekers to step into a one-of-a-kind outdoor experience — a walking trail fundraiser supporting Bennett’s Adventures & Events, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that funds local theater and arts programs across Maryland.

🕸️ A Season to Remember: 25 Years of Fear

Recently ranked #2 Scariest Haunted House in America by Hauntworld Magazine and #3 Tech Masters Haunt by America Haunts, Bennett’s Curse marks its 25th anniversary season this year — making 2025 the perfect time to face the darkness for a good cause.
